Our mission is to inspire a lifelong love of athletics while enhancing children’s health and fitness. Through engaging activities, we focus on developing essential fitness components like speed, agility, balance, coordination, strength, and endurance. By teaching these skills early, we aim to empower kids with the confidence and competence to thrive in their athletic abilities and beyond.

Track Squad

Developing a love for sprinting this is a great opportunity to get young athletes involved in track work. Technique and speed sessions are held at Griffith University. Check timetable for days and times. Bookings essential. Ages 10-14

Youth training - taking things to the next level with specific strength and conditioning work for athletic events. These sessions will take young athletic performance to the next level. 1 on 1 and small group bookings available. Adult Personal Training - a must for parents wanting to improve their strength, health and fitness. 1 on 1 and small group bookings available.
